Double B Hat Company was born out of a simple idea: make the hats you can’t leave home without. Founder Bryce Asher started Double B in high school from a love for collecting cool and unique hats, and a thought of "what if I made my own?" What began as a small side project quickly turned into a way to outfit friends, family, and eventually folks all over with hats that fit their lives and stories.

Today, Double B is all about everyday western — gear that feels at home on the ranch, in the stands, or on the road. We focus on clean, timeless designs, quality materials, and a comfortable fit you don’t have to think about. Mesh backs, structured fronts, snapback closures, and leather patches that not only hold up to real wear, but look better with every mile, season, and story you put into them.

You’ll find Double B on fans and bands alike. We proudly partner with up-and-coming country music artists, riding along from small-town venues to big-stage lights. When they hit the stage, our hats go with them.
