We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date of your product.  It must be in new condition, in the original bag with no signs of wear.

Exchanges:

We will exchange an item but the shipping expense is the responsibility of the buyer.  The item must be in brand new condition and in the original shipping bag. Once the item is received by us and the exchange confirmed we will invoice you for the additional shipping fee for the new item.   

 

Returns:

We will accept returns for the purchase price only (minus shipping fees and processing fees).  The item must be in new condition and in the original bag.  Please return to the address above.  All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless DBHC made a mistake on the order. A refund of the purchase price will be credited back to your original form of payment.

 

Sale items cannot be returned unless they have a defect.
